Our entremet spoon consists of a stainless steel rivet and a heat-treated blade.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness ranges from 54 to 56 HCR.
This large spoon has a wood handle and is available in two different colours : olive wood and exotic wood. We also offer a version with an acrylic handle (exotic wood or olive wood).
All our handcrafted products are made in France. Each step, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop Claude Dozorme.
