Capucin Pocket Knives - Coutellerie Dozorme

The name of this pocket knife comes from the shape of the corbin at the end of its handle which resembles a monk's hood. The Capuchin is one of the oldest knives known, while having kept over the centuries an identical shape. Native to the Ariège Pyrenees, this regional knife is simple and above all light in pocket. It was traditionally used by shepherds and peasants of the Pyrenees.
