Dessert or coffee spoon
The teaspoon or small spoon is a table utensil used to stir sugar or milk in a small container filled with a generally hot drink such as coffee, tea, chocolate or a cold food such as yogurt for facilitate its dissolution; it can also often be used to speed up the cooling of the drink. The teaspoon is a good substitute for the dessert spoon to eat desserts such as ice cream, floating island, caramel cream, creme brulee or chocolate mousse. For more solid desserts such as pies and other cakes you will find in some of our ranges (mainly Laguiole or Berlingot) cake or salad forks which will also be very useful at the end of a meal.
