Technical characteristics :
This pizza knife has a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. Its micro toothing is done manually.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very good quality component. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a coloured methacrylate handle, it is available in 19 different models.
For the purists (or authenticity enthusiasts), we also sell a wooden version (exotic wood or olive wood).
