This Capucin table knife takes its name from the Capuchin monks who came from the Pyrenees.Why? Because the hearse at the end of this knife’s handle recalls the shape of their hoods. Moreover, it was the Pyrenean shepherds who carved the handle of their pocket knives in this way!
