This steak knife with a unique design was designed by Thierry Costes for his last Parisian establishment : « Le Café Français ». It was designed by the M/M studio and manufactured by the Claude Dozorme Cutlery on the occasion of this three-part project.
This symmetrical and ultra-design accessory takes all the codes of this establishment combining classicism with French and extreme graphic density. This knife thus perfectly fits the universe of this French coffee!
The M/M studio is managed by two graphic designers: Michaël Amzalag and Mathias Augustyniak. They are also artistic directors, authors of advertising campaigns and producers of video clips. Among the prestigious brands/celibrities they have worked with are: Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Madonna and Vanessa Paradis.
Our original steak knife was made with the same high-end steel and the same manufacturing methods as the rest of the Claude Dozorme knives. Its blade, even with a rounded tip, retains all its edge.
This Beaumarly steak knife, 100% French, is available with a cream or black methacrylate handle.They are compatible with dishwasher washing, for daily use.

With an unrivalled edge and easily reworked, this knife has a round-tip blade without aggressiveness. It was designed in a high quality steel, X50CrMoV15.
Its handle is made of methacrylate, compatible with the dishwasher and available in two colors.
