This cheese cleaver is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a coloured methacrylate handle, it is available in nineteen different models. We advise you to choose the same colour as your table accessories or to try new combinations!
For purists or lovers of authenticity, we also sell a wooden version (exotic wood or olive wood).
