The particularity of this French-made knife comes from its blade, slightly curved, which perfectly fits the shape of your fruit. Its small size allows it not to damage the inside of the grapefruit when opening it. The micro-serrations make it easier to cut between the flesh and the skin.
Lovers of this citrus fruit will be happy to have a grapefruit that looks intact, which is not always the case with a kitchen knife! Of course, you can also use it to cut your oranges and other similar fruits.
Our Laguiole grapefruit knife is handcrafted in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, Master Craftsman and Cutler. They are available in olive wood or exotic wood and can be combined with all our products of the same range.

Our grapefruit knife consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel that we use in our manufacturing workshop is a very high quality material. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a wood handle, it is available in olive wood or exotic wood.
We offer a version of this acrylic knife (18 colours available).
All our handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
