This everyday knife is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a wood handle, it is available in about olive wood handle and exotic wood handle. We advise you to choose colours identical to your cutlery !
Our handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage, from the design of the models to their assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop in Thiers.
