If you peel your potatoes with a conventional knife, you've probably noticed that removing the skins and blemishes means a lot of waste. To remedy this problem and save money, we offer you the Laguiole peeling curved knife!
The peculiarity of the peeling curved knife comes from its small curved blade, that's where its name comes from since it makes you think... A bird's beak. The kitchen knife is used to peel and remove damaged parts, but also to create compositions of fruits and vegetables.
This peeling curved knife is available in 18 different colours, making it a fun and aesthetic table knife. It goes perfectly with our Berlingot range and its accessories, such as the vegetable knife.
Made in France and by craftsmen, it was designed in the workshops of master craftsman and cutler Claude Dozorme.
How to use a peeling curved knife?
Its short, ultra-precise blade allows you to carve your fruit and offer beautiful presentations. It will be essential to cut in spiral your zucchinis or to give an original look to your carrots.
The curved shape of the blade is used for peeling, it will prove very practical for mushrooms for example. Its tip is used to effectively remove undesirable elements from your food.
