Description

Are you tired of cutting your pizzas with a pair of scissors? Invest in a pizza knife and make your life easier.

Our Laguiole Pizza Knife has a curved shape that makes it easy to cut all kinds of pizzas without tearing the dough. The micro-toothing of the knife, made by hand, also makes it easier to cut the topping.

On the blade, holes forming the word "Pizza" prevent the material from sticking. They also bring a playful and aesthetic side to your colourful knife!

Our product is available in olive wood or exotic wood.

To complete your purchase, we recommend the sausage knife which will be used for the aperitif. Don't hesitate to consult all our kitchen knives and our various serving accessories. They are all made in France, in our workshops Claude Dozorme (Master Cutlery Craftsman).

Technical characteristics :

This pizza knife has a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. Its micro toothing is done manually.

The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very good quality component. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with a coloured wood handle, it is available in exotic wood or olive wood.

We also sell an acrylic version (18 colours available).

Our artisanal products are made in France. Each stage, from the design of the models to their assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop in Thiers.
