For breakfast or snacks, don’t miss our small butter knife.
This spreader is ideal for spreading butter, honey, jams… on your toast. The rounded tip of the blade makes it easy to catch and spread all kinds of spreads.
Like our large cheese knife, this butter knife has a base integrated into the handle that allows it to hold vertically. Position it next to your butter or jam jar to keep it handy, the blade will not be in contact with the table: this will ensure better hygiene and the thread of the blade will be kept longer.
The blade is made of stainless steel X50crmov15, it is extremely sharp and easily resharpable. It will then be very easy to cut the butter, even hard.
The handle of this butter knife is made of birchwood.
This small butter knife is entirely made in our workshops in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery, in an artisanal way.
The blade of this butter knife is made of high quality steel X50CrMoV15, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives good cutting edge to blade
- 0.15 of chromium for stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and makes it easier to re-sharpen.
The handle of this butter knife is in birchwood.
Our knife comes in a kraft box.
Entirely made in our Thiernois workshops, this knife is the result of a century-old know-how and the work of our craftsmen trained in traditional and artisanal manufacturing methods.
