Very soft, this steak knife is specially designed to cut and taste These are indeed fish that require a clean cut and clear during preparation.
The blade of these steak knives is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, a very high quality steel that gives the knife an excellent cutting edge and a very easy resharpening.
The blade goes to the end of the handle, which makes these knives very strong. In addition, the blade is smooth, so it does not tear the meat when cutting and allows clean and sharp cuts.
The handle of these knives is available in mat black methacrylate or teck wood.
