This beech wood box includes a cheese knife designed in a very high quality steel. It is sharp, easily resharpened and has two holes on its blade to avoid the adhesion of the dough when cutting. At the end of the blade, two spikes allow an impeccable service by catching the pieces of cheese.
The handle of this table accessory is in resin, natural or black color. You can also complete your purchase with our forks sets or knife sets from the same range, for a complete table service on a daily basis, or during your receptions.
Our cheese knives are forged in the workshops of the master Coutelier Claude Dozorme, by skilled craftsmen and passionate about cutlery. These are 100% made in France products!

The knife is equipped with a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel blade, up to the end of the handle, whose composition is:
0.50 of carbon for the cutting edge
0.15 of chrome for stainless steel
1% of molybdenum and vanadium for flexibility and reheating
The resin handle of this cheese knife is compatible with the dishwasher.The nails that hold it are made of stainless steel.
