The blade is very sharp, it was forged from a very high-end steel, the X50CrMoV15 steel. The thread hold is therefore excellent and rewiring is easy.

The handle, straight, gives it a very contemporary look and offers an excellent grip. The rosettes, which are the screws that hold the handle, are mounted in the old way to make it more authentic.
Its blade, polished matte, comes from a very good quality steel : X50CrMoV15. It is very thick, 2 millimeters thick and its edge is smooth, allowing it easy resharpening. This knife is extremely sharp and has a very good wire holding.
The « Navette à l'ancienne » table knife was entirely designed in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme Cutlery, by skilled craftsmen, according to traditional and artisanal methods.
