This 100% French and artisanal product was forged in the workshops of the master craftsman Claude Dozorme, in the capital of the cutlery of Thiers, thanks to craftsmen respecting traditional methods.
This bread knife is 100% made in France, essential to all your meals for a perfect slice of bread.
Delivered in a beech wood box, it has a shiny stainless steel or matt stainless steel handle that is held by stainless steel nails.
The blade was forged in a X50CrMoV15 steel which is very sharp. Full handle, it is very strong and does not need to be re-sharpened.
Its composition is:
0.50 of carbon
0,15 of chromium
1% molybdenum and vanadium
The carbon ensures the cutting edge of the blade, the chrome guaranteed the stainless and the molybdenum and vanadium give the blade flexibility.
This bread knife was entirely made in France, in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme cutlery, by skilled and passionate craftsmen, thanks to traditional and artisanal methods.
