Technical characteristics :

Our fork with wood handle was manufactured in our Thiers workshops, they are 100% made in France.

Its blade is forged from a very high quality steel: X50CrMoV15. Its composition:

0.50 of carbon that gives the knife the edge

0.15 of chromium for corrosion resistance

1% of molybdenum and vanadium that gives flexibility to the blade, allowing great ease of re-sharpening

Different types of wood are available : olive wood, juniper wood, ebony wood or multi wood.
