Our table cutlery is designed from very high quality steel, they are sharp and easily resharpened. The handle that makes up each of these knives and forks is made of resin, a material compatible with the dishwasher. The nacrin handle comes in 5 colours: natural, white, black, light grey, dark grey.

Each knife and each fork are 100% French made These high quality products were forged by skilled craftsmen within our Claude Dozorme cutlery, in a traditional way.

The flatware are forged from a X50CrMoV15 steel known for its quality and composed of:

0.50 of carbon which gives the cutting edge to the blade
0.15 of chromium for the stainless steel
1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and allows an easily resharpening

This composition ensures an incomparable edge and an easy resharpening. The blade goes to the end of the handle, it is smooth and its cable is the result of a fine and precise pruning. The tip of the blade is hard, but fine, its razor sharpening and it has a good cutting hold.

The handle is made of resin. The nails that make up it are made of stainless steel, it is compatible with your dishwasher.
