In this beech wood box, discover a cheese knife designed in a very high quality steel. It is sharp and easily resharpened. At the end of the blade, two spikes allow an impeccable service by catching the pieces of cheese.
The handle of this table accessory comes in several models : ivory resin or black resin. These knives have a stainless steel bolster.

The knife is equipped with a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel blade, up to the end of the handle, whose composition is:
0.50 of carbon for the good cutting edge of the blade
0.15 of chrome for stainless steel
1% of molybdenum and vanadium for flexibility of the blade and easily resharpening.
This cheese knife is the result of a 100% French manufacture, combined with traditional and artisanal know-how, in our workshops in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery.
