Wood box of Laguiole salad service brass bolster
Have you ever tried mixing salad with simple cutlery? To avoid all the constraints of serving salad, we offer this Laguiole salad service.
The Laguiole salad service offers a perfect grip on all your salads thanks to the size of its large spoon and large fork. It also allows a nice presentation on your table.
The fork is slightly rounded, to facilitate the maintenance of the salad and the teeth of the fork are smaller than those of the classic cutlery. The spoon, on the other hand, is less curved and thus makes it easier to take the salad leaves. The handle size of this beautiful duo allows to serve your guests in quantity and in a single take.
The handle of these cutlery to serve the salad comes in several models: exotic wood, light horn, natural resin or flake resin. They each have a brass bolster.
Our aesthetic table accessories are handcrafted in France, in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.
The steel used in the manufacture of this salad service is a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon giving the edge
- 0.15 of chromium making stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which makes the blade flexible.
All our artisanal products are made in France. Each stage of production, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop Claude Dozorme, by craftsmen trained in traditional and artisanal manufacturing methods.
