The blade of these flatware goes all the way to the end of the handle, which guarantees extreme solidity.
The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, it consists of:
- 0.50 carbon, which gives the blade an excellent cutting edge and a clean cut,
- 0,15 of chromium, for stainless steel,
- 1% molybdenum and vanadium, which gives flexibility to the blade and thus allows easy re-sharpening
The knife and the fork have a brass bolster, which gives weight to the flatware, which then offers an excellent grip.
