The blade of our dessert forks is composed of a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15, which makes the blade totally stainless and very sharp.
The handle of these forks is in ivory resin. They each have a stainless steel bolster.
These table cutlery are entirely made in our workshops in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery, in an artisanal way.

The blade of these dessert forks is composed of a high quality steel X50CrMoV15, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives good cutting edge to the blade
- 0.15 of chromium for stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives the blade flexibility and thus allows easy re-sharpening.
