It is handcrafted in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.

Our cake fork consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel used is a very high quality material. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a wood handle, it is available in olive wood or exotic wood.
We also offer an acrylic version (18 colours available).
All our handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage of manufacture, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop in Thiers.
