Berlingot dessert knife in wood handle

Our pastry knife is made in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, master and artisan cutler. It is therefore Made in France!
Technical characteristics :
The dessert knife includes a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel that makes it up is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
This kitchen accessory has a wood handle which is available in olive wood or exotic wood, all matching the rest of our cutlery range.
There is even a version in acrylic handle (18 colours available).
It is made in France. Each step, from the design of the knife to its assembly, is carried out in our Claude Dozorme cutlery.
