Flat Cut paring knife 3,5"
Are you looking for a multi-use, ergonomic and design knife? Discover the Flatcut paring knife whose versatility does not interfere with aesthetics and comfort!
Its particularity? It was realized in collaboration with a great name of design. Thomas Bastide is a product designer and has worked with such great names as Baccarat, Hennessy, Christofle and Hermès. For La Grande Coutellerie Claude Dozorme, he has designed a range of table knives from the Soul collection and is back today with 8 new Flatcut kitchen knives.
This office knife is used daily for the preparation of everyday dishes. The size of its blade allows it to cut small foods without difficulty like garlic, aromatic herbs or small vegetables to accompany your dishes. It is an indispensable to keep in its kitchen drawer!
Its blade is very sharp and easily reabsorbed. Thanks to the slight tilt of the handle, its thread is preserved and it undergoes less shock. Put that knife on your table and the blade won’t touch the surface!
The bakelite handle is water resistant. The blade is made of X50CRMOV15 steel which makes it a very good quality knife. It is laser marked with the signature of Thomas Bastide.
Our knives are all 100% made in France and were made in the workshop of the master craftsman Claude Dozorme.
