The Haute Cuisine cutter has a very good balance between its blade and its handle, for a better grip and incomparable quality.
The design guard is made of solid stainless steel. Its blade, polished matt, goes to the end of the handle and it is designed in a very high quality steel: X50CrMoV15.
The sharpening, very precise, allows for easier re-sharpening. Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR and the sharpening of the blade is razor.
The black methacrylate handle is compatible with the dishwasher. An exotic wood version is also available for those who want a more «natural» knife and to be adapted to the rest of your cutlery.
