This bread knife is a French manufacture, designed and forged in Thiers, in the workshops of master craftsman and cutler Claude Dozorme.
The X50CrMoV15 steel that makes up its blade is very high quality, its Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR. Polished matte, her emotional state is precise.
Very ergonomic, the balance between the blade and the handle of this knife is perfect.
