This cook's knife is a product made in France, in Thiers. It was imagined in the workshops of La Grande Coutellerie, by skilled and passionate craftsmen.
The blade, which goes to the end of the handle, is matt polished and designed in a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15. Its precise trim allows easy re-sharpening and the poster is razor-sharp. Its Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
The design guard is made of solid stainless steel. Modern, this knife is available with a black methacrylate handle or an exotic wood handle.
