Sausage box + Laguiole carving knife stainless steel bolster resin handle
The cut of a sausage requires a good knife! That’s why we designed the Laguiole salami knife and its case designed to facilitate the cutting of the sausage.
Place your sausage on the beech box, in the space provided for this purpose. This will allow you to maintain your sausage easily. Then take your salami knife and cut nice regular and sharp slices thanks to its extremely sharp blade.
You cut enough slices? Store the rest of your sausage inside the box, it will be very well preserved thanks to the ventilation grid included on the wall of the box. The wooden box also provides storage space for the knife. Thus, you will save space!
The blade of the salami knife is made of X50CrMoV15 steel: a high quality steel very easily resharpable and extremely sharp.
The handle of this salami knife comes in several colors: ivory resin or black resin. Each model is decorated with a stainless steel bolster.
This knife is entirely made in France, in Thiers, in our Claude Dozorme workshops, Master Craftman and Cutler.
The blade of this kitchen knife is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, a very high quality steel that consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives the good cutting edge to the knife
- 0.15 of chrome making stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which makes the blade flexible and allows easy re-sharpening.
Our knives are all made in France. Each step, from the design of the knife to the assembly, is carried out in our workshop by our craftsmen, trained in traditional and artisanal methods of manufacture.
