This Laguiole pocket knife is made in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery, in the workshops of Claude Dozorme cutlery, master craftsman and cutler. It has been made by passionate and qualified craftsmen.
Technical characteristics :
The Laguiole folding knife has a black blade with a teflon coating.
The top-of-the-range steel X50CrMoV15 that it is made of is very sharp. The wire is very strong and re-sharpening of the blades is therefore easy.
The carbon concentration of 0.50 provides a clean cut. Chromium, at 0.15, makes it rustproof. Finally, the percentage of 1% molybdenum and vanadium gives suppleness and therefore facilitates re-sharpening.
The Laguiole closing knife is delivered with a key for tightening the shaft. It is presented in a Claude Dozorme cardboard box, bearing our famous wolf logo.
The length of the blade of this carbon pocket knife is 11 centimetres. The open knife is 22 centimeters long, once closed its size is 12.5 centimeters.
The "Liner" opening and closing system is very secure and easy to access thanks to a notched part.
