Our 100% made in France fork and knife service is sold by La Grande Coutellerie and forged in our Claude Dozorme workshops in the city of Thiers.
These outdoor flatware are manufactured from a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15. They are composed of 0.50 of carbon for the cutting edge of the blade, 0,15 of chromium for their stainless steel and 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which makes it easier for them to be re-sharpened.
A back clip, very practical, is on the handle of each of these outdoor cutlery. It will serve as a note clip!
