Created 100% in France, the Laguiole folding fork was made in the workshops of master craftsman Claude Dozorme, in the capital of cutlery in Thiers, combining craftsmanship and modernity.

Our artisanal and 100% French pocket fork is sold by La Grande Coutellerie. It is a production of our Claude Dozorme cutlery workshops, located in the French capital of Cutlery in Thiers.

It was designed in a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel whose composition is 0.50 of carbon for the cutting edge of the blade, 0,15 of chromium (stainless steel) and 1% of molybdenum and vanadium (easy re-sharpening).
