The traditional Laguiole shape is native to the Aveyron village of the same name. The Laguiole knives are distinguished by their characteristic curved shape and by the bee on the bolster
This folding knife is 12cm when closed. Its slightly curved handle gives an excellent grip. In addition, the integrated corkscrew will allow you to unclog your bottles without breaking the cork caps.
It has a light horn or black horn handle. Its X50CrMoV15 steel blade is extremely sharp and very easily resharpable. The thread also holds for a very long time.
Entirely made in France, this knife is the result of French and artisanal know-how within the workshops of the Claude Dozorme Cutlery, in which each craftsman is trained in traditional and artisanal manufacturing methods.

The blade of this Laguiole pocket knife is made from high quality steel X50CrMoV15. It consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives good cutting edge to blade
- 0.15 of chromium making stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and thus allows easy re-sharpening.
This pocket knife comes in a black gift box with a warranty certificate.
Our Laguiole knife measures 12cm in closed position and 22cm in open position.
It has a horn handle (light horn or black horn) and two shiny stainless steel bolsters. These bolsters give weight and strength to the knife. It has a very comfortable grip.
The spring guillochage is entirely handmade by our craftsmen. For a better finish, the plates are sheared.
This folding knife is 100% made in France, by skilled craftsmen in the workshops of Master Craftsman Cutler Claude Dozorme.
