This black knife with a Teflon coating has been forged in a high quality X50CrMoV15 steel whose composition gives it several advantages:
• Carbon for its cutting edge: 0.50
• Chromium makes it stainless: 0.15
• Molybdenum and vanadium for easy re-resharpening: 1%
The wire of its blade is protected by the side and is equipped with a rear clip on the handle that can be used as a bill clip.
