This 100% French-made Thiers® knife has a smooth blade made of a high quality steel, X50CrMoV15.
It has a very good cutting performance and is made of :
- 0.50 carbon : For a clean cut and a sharp blade ;
- 0.15 chromium : For stainless steel ;
- 1% molybdenum and vanadium : For flexibility and easy re-sharpening
The highly innovative opening and closing mechanism of this hunting knife is located at the back.
