Le Thiers® RLT pocket knife precious wood handle
You can customize your product from €8
This Thiers® pocket knife is easily manipulated and secured by a special opening and closing mechanism.
Thanks to a ball bearing, the knife blade withstands time. This system replaces the nail system of the Claude Dozorme knives and avoids the game, for a durable and resistant tool.
A sharp tab on its blade allows it a very good grip and an easier opening. The spring guillochage is done manually by our artisans, for more reliability! But if the grip is excellent, it is also thanks to the mitre that gives weight to the knife.
This knife has the Thiers® shape, characteristic of the Thiernois basin. It is manufactured only in our region and respects a very precise specifications.
The handle is available in several types of wood: brown beech wood, cedar or green poplar wood.
100% made in France, this product was created in the workshops of master craftsman Claude Dozorme, in the capital of cutlery in Thiers by combining craftsmanship and modernity.
Our 100% French knives are sold by La Grande Coutellerie and manufactured in our Thiers cutlery workshops.
The blade of this folding knife is made of very high quality Swedish steel (14C28N) from Sandvik. It is doped with nitrogen and without primary carbides for an easily resharpable blade.
Its highly innovative mechanism is equipped with a real ball bearing and a manual and artisanal guillochage of the spring.
The wood handle, of several types to choose, is mounted with torx screws. Very strong, this knife is completely removable and comes with a tightening key of the axis.
A sharp tab facilitates the opening of this outdoor knife. Its closing is done by forced step.
This product comes in a black gift box with explanations about the materials used and its ball bearing.
