This set of fork and knife 100% made in France is offered by La Grande Coutellerie and manufactured in our Claude Dozorme workshops in our Cutlery Thiers.

Resistant, these products are forged in a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15. They contain 0.50 of carbon for the cutting edge of the blade, 0,15 of chromium for their stainless ability and 1% of molybdenum and vanadium that facilitates their re-rinsing.

A rear clip is integrated on the handle of each of these outdoor cutlery, it can be used as a bill clip.
