Our outdoor knife made in France has been handcrafted in the workshops of our Claude Dozorme Cutlery.

Its blade is made of a very high quality stainless steel X50CrMoV15.

It is composed of:

- 0,15% of carbon

- 0.15% chromium

- 1% molybdenum and vanadium

The cut is clean thanks to the carbon concentration of its steel. Chromium allows its stainless and its flexibility comes from molybdenum and vanadium, so the blade is ealisy re-sharpenable.

The natural handle of this original knife is made of stag horn.

It is delivered with a protective leather case with a belt loop.
