The blade of this table fork is made of very high quality X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The blade is completely stainless.
The blade of this Laguiole table fork goes to the end of the handle, which gives it extreme strength.

This classic table fork comes in several models :
Acrylic in black, red, cream or gingham check (very resistant material which is dishwasher safe)

Our Laguiole table forks are entirely made in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme cutlery, in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery. Behind each knife, there is the manual and artisanal work of a skilled craftsman.
The blade of this Laguiole fork goes to the end of the handle, which guarantees it an extreme solidity.
The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, it consists of:
- 0.50 carbon,
- 0,15 of chromium, for stainless steel,
- 1% molybdenum and vanadium, which gives flexibility to the blade.
All the steps of making the fork, are entirely handmade in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme cutlery, by our skilled and passionate craftsmen, trained in traditional and artisanal methods.
