Wood box of XXL Laguiole carving knife stainless steel handle
This XXL Laguiole carving knife is ideal for cutting your barbecued meats in the summer.
Directly inspired by our Liner Lock Laguiole pocket knives, this original carving knife is also a folding knife. It has a X50CrMoV15 steel blade that is extremely sharp and very easily reachable, which will cut clearly and cleanly all your meats, but also vegetables and side dishes.
In the closed position, you will realize a real saving of space and storage in your drawers will be easier. This carving knife also ensure a great safety of handling since in the open position, the Liner Lock opening system blocks the blade and in the closed position, the cutting wire of the blade is protected by the handle.
Made in Thiers, the XXL Laguiole knife is the result of 100% French manufacture in the workshops of master cutlery Claude Dozorme, by skilled craftsmen, using traditional and artisanal methods.
