Our Tomato knife consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel used is a very high quality material. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a methacrylate handle, this table accessory is available in nineteen different colours. Choose the one that matches your breakfast service or try new combinations!
