Cutting a sausage requires a good knife! That's why we designed the Laguiole salami knife. But what more does it offer than a simple everyday knife?
For beautiful, fine and harmonious slices, it is better to invest in a reliable salami knife. If you choose an unsuitable knife, the material may stick to the blade and you will never get a clean cut.
Our salami knife's little extra comes from the holes forming the word "sausage" on its blade, designed to avoid this famous adhesion! Moreover, its micro serrations are designed to cut sausage without difficulty.
Surprise your guests with a durable French knife. This aesthetic table accessory is available in olive wood or exotic wood and is also available in a "Paris salami knife" and "Auvergne salami knife" version.
Our products are all made in France, in Thiers, in our workshops Claude Dozorme, Master Cutlery Craftsman.
