Pay tribute to the know-how of the craftsmen of Puy-de-Dôme thanks to the Thiers® shape, only made in the Thiernois basin and respecting a strict specifications. The forks we offer in this box are characterized by this special shape!
The oak wood box contains 4 or 6 high quality steak forks. They will be perfect to integrate your daily table service, or reserved for receptions.
The handle of each fork contained in this batch is made of ivory, with a shiny stainless steel bolster. This set is compatible with the dishwasher, for a more practical cleaning.
The blade, designed from a very high quality steel, is stainless.

This box and its forks were made in the Claude Dozorme workshops in Thiers, in the artisanal way and traditionally. These are 100% made in France products!
Technical characteristics :
Our set of steak forks is 100% French and artisanal, designed in the workshops of master craftsman and cutler Claude Dozorme.
Each of the forks was forged from a X50CrMoV15 steel, which is very high quality. Its composition is:
0.50 carbon that gives the edge to the blade
0.15 chromium for stainless steel
1% molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade.
The blade, which goes to the end of the handle, gives the knife a very high strenght.
The handle is made of ivory. The massive stainless steel bolster gives weight to the knife and looks.
