The cheese cleaver and cheese fork were manufactured in a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel. Its composition is:
0.50 of carbon to bring the edge
0.15 of chromium which gives the stainless ability
1% of molybdenum and vanadium for steel flexibility and easy re-sharpening
The blade goes all the way to the end of the handle, making these accessories extremely strong. It is easy to re-sharp and very sharp. The handle of these products is in resin whose color is the choice: black, natural. The nails are made of stainless steel.
