Want to bring color to your tables? Choose these table knives with their red, black or blue plates.
These table knives has Thiers® shape, a knife shape that can only be made in the Thiernois basin, respecting a very specific specification.
The blade of these steak knives is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, a very high quality steel that gives the knife an excellent cutting edge and a very easy resharpening.
The matte polished blade goes to the end of the handle, which makes these knives very strong. In addition, the blade is smooth, so it does not tear the meat when cutting and allows clean and sharp cuts.
The handle of these knives is made of birch wood with inserts at the spring. These dividers are available in red, blue or black, in order to set up festive tables and bring a touch of color and originality.
These knives are entirely made in our workshops in Thiers, by skilled craftsmen, according to traditional and artisanal methods.
The blade of these table knives is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives good cutting edge to the blade
- 0.15 of chromium for stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and allows easy re-sharpening
The birchwood handle is secured with stainless steel screws.
These steak knives are delivered by 4 or by 6, in a beech wood box. This case allows you to facilitate the storage but also to keep the wire of the blade when storing the knives.
Entirely made in France in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme, these knives are the result of craftsmanship and the work of passionate craftsmen.
