This indispensable kitchen accessory allows you to sharpen all your knives to keep the thread and edge. Its handle is excellent and very comfortable thanks to the ergonomics of its handle and the perfect balance between it and the blade.
Tip: Place the knife blade wire on the gun. The edge of the blade must be at the outer part of the handle, in order to have the perfect tilt. This allows you to sharpen optimally!

Our product, 100% made in France, is available with a handle in black methacrylate (compatible with dishwasher) or exotic wood. It was made in the workshops of La Grande Coutellerie, by skilled and passionate craftsmen.
The sharpener steel is a French manufacture, conceived and conceived in the workshops of the master craftsman and cutler Claude Dozorme, in the city of Thiers.
The X50CrMoV15 steel that composes it is of very high quality, its Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Ergonomically, the balance between the blade and the handle of this product is perfect.
The handle made of exotic wood or black methacrylate makes it a very aesthetic and modern sharpening rifle.
