This 100% made in France knife was conceived in the workshops of the master craftsman Claude Dozorme, in the capital of the cutlery of Thiers, in a traditional and artisanal way.

Manufactured in a very high quality steel, it is composed of:

• Carbon for good cutting edge of the blade: 0.50
• Chromium for stainless steel: 0.15
• Molybdenum and vanadium for resharpening: 1%
