Berlingot Auvergne salami knife wood handle
The sausage is undoubtedly the favourite aperitif of the French. It is on every kitchen table and is offered in different varieties. To cut thin and tasty slices, it is essential to have a good salami knife. You don't know which one to choose? Discover our traditional knife stamped Auvergne!
Very aesthetic, this laguiole salami knife is equipped with micro-serrations. Thanks to these, no need to resharpen the blade! This also allows you to cut beautiful slices without difficulty.
Our personalised salami knife is engraved with the word "Auvergne", our native region. This inscription confers its "Made in France" image and reminds us of its traditional aspect and, above all, its authenticity. The holes allowing this engraving are not only aesthetic, they also prevent the material from sticking to the blade. A playful and useful feature !
This kitchen knife is available in olive wood and exotic wood and can therefore be adapted to the remains of your kitchen accessories and your table decoration. It is also available in "Saucisson" and "Paris" versions. Don't hesitate to buy several for your aperitif buffets.
Made in France and by craftsmen, our Laguiole custom knife is designed in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, master cutlery maker.
