Our personalised salami knife is engraved with the word "Paris". This inscription confers its "Made in France" image and reminds us of its traditional aspect and, above all, its authenticity. Made in France and by craftsmen, our Laguiole custom knife is designed in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, master cutlery maker.

Technical characteristics : 

The Laguiole personalised salami knife is fitted with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.

X46Cr13 stainless steel (used for the blade) is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR and the micro-toothing is done manually.

Our custom knife has a wood handle which is available olive wood or exotic wood to suit everyone. There is also a version in acrylic (18 colours available).

Our knives are all made in France. Each step, from the conception of the knife to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
