Big cheese knife wood handle
Cheese lovers, this large cheese knife will be the indispensable accessory on your cheese tray.
This large cheese knife has a base integrated into the handle, which allows you to place your knife vertically on your tray and make beautiful presentations. Moreover, thanks to the thickness of the handle, the blade does not touch the surface. This ensures a better hygiene for cutting your cheeses, and the blade wire will be kept longer.
The blade of this cheese knife is made of high quality steel X50CrMoV15. The blade is extremely sharp and easily reachable. Its cutting edge will cut hard pasta cheeses and serve them easily thanks to the tip at the end of the blade. The width of the blade will make it easier to cut and serve friable cheeses (blue cheese, goat cheese, etc.)
The large cheese knife is available in several models:
- Birch wood handle with black scales
- Birch wood handle with French flag scales
- Olive wood handle
Entirely made in our Thiernois workshops, this knife is the result of a century-old know-how and the work of our craftsmen trained in traditional and artisanal manufacturing methods.
The blade of this cheese knife is made of high quality steel X50CrMoV15, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon that gives good cutting edge to blade
- 0.15 of chromium for stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which gives flexibility to the blade and makes it easier to re-sharpen.
The handle of this cheese knife exists in olive wood or birch.
Our knife comes in a kraft box.
This kitchen knife entirely made in France, in the workshops of Master Craftsman Cutlery Claude Dozorme.
